About me

Hello and welcome to, I’m Adam Glading. The creator, Online coach, personal trainer, and blog post creator of this website. 

I have been a personal trainer for 8 years now, but I have been training in the gym environment for around 17 years. I love training myself and others, and seeing other people achieve so much more than they thought possible before starting their journey with me.

I personally started for my own mental health issues, and a way of focusing on myself instead of drinking and causing a nuisance, now my job is to help others be the best they can be.

After doing this job for a long time, I have seen many people come in the gym or starting their own journey for the first time, or with limited knowledge of what is needed to be done to achieve the goal you want. Or even knowing what goals or realistic timeline to set to achieve them.

With the experience of helping people with those exact issues that you may be facing. Having someone take the pressure off, we can work together to find the best way of achieving those goals you have, and create a plan and a time line to achieve them.

When I first started going to the gym I felt really self conscious and scared of most of the weights and machines. Adam showed me how to use everything for when I am by myself and encourage me to enter the scary weights area! I couldn’t think of a better person to train beginners or someone who is already experienced in the gym. I have noticed a change in my posture and my body.
