This Privacy Policy explains how AWG Fitness collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you visit our website, download a resource, book a consultation or become a coaching client.
1. Who we are
AWG Fitness is operated by Adam Glading, trading as AWG Fitness, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom at 131 Bramford Lane, Ipswich, IP1 4DH. For data protection purposes, Adam Glading is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

- IP address, browser and device type
- Pages visited and referral source
- Advertising cookie data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
Blueprint subscribers
- Name and email address
- Marketing preferences and email engagement information
Consultation bookings
- Name, email and telephone number, occupation and goals submitted through Calendly
- Appointment details
Coaching clients
- Contact and billing information
- Training history, fitness goals and check-in responses (collected and stored via Everfit)
- Progress photographs, weight and measurements
- Injuries, pain, medical conditions and other relevant health information you choose to share
- Training, nutrition and programme records
- Messages exchanged with you, including through WhatsApp and Everfit messaging
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you, through our Kit sign-up form, through Calendly bookings, during consultations, through Everfit (our coaching platform), through WhatsApp, email, and through Stripe when you make a payment. We also collect some information automatically through our website and advertising cookies.

5. Email marketing
If you request the free Blueprint, you will receive it by email through our email platform, Kit. Requesting the Blueprint may also add you to our marketing emails; marketing consent is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not delete records we need to keep for contractual, financial or legal reasons.
6. Who receives your information
We share information with the following providers, where relevant to the purposes above:

- Everfit — coaching platform, programming and check-ins
- WhatsApp — client messaging
- Stripe — payment processing
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising

We do not sell your personal information.
7. International transfers
Some of the providers listed above (including Meta, Stripe, WhatsApp and Everfit) may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers of personal data.
8. Cookies
Our website uses:
- Essential cookies required for the site to function
- Kit form cookies, to operate the Blueprint sign-up
- Meta advertising (Pixel) cookies, used to measure and improve our ads
Where non-essential cookies are used, you will be given the option to accept or reject them.
9. Data retention
- Unconverted consultation enquiries: retained for up to 24 months
- Marketing contacts: retained until you unsubscribe or after a period of prolonged inactivity
- Client programme records: retained for the duration of coaching plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping
- Financial records: retained in line with UK tax and accounting requirements (normally at least 6 years)
- Health and injury records: retained only as long as needed for coaching and legitimate record-keeping
- Progress photographs: retained until you withdraw consent, unless we have another lawful reason to keep them
10. Security
We store client and coaching records in secured digital folders with restricted access, and we use reputable third-party providers (including Stripe, Everfit and Kit) for payments, coaching delivery and communications. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
11. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request erasure, where applicable
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability, where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

12. Children
AWG Fitness coaching is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
