Our policy on payments, cancellations, and refunds for AWG Fitness coaching services.

Our Commitment

At AWG Fitness, we take pride in the quality of our coaching programmes and the results our clients achieve. We want every client to feel confident investing in their health with us.

Free Content

The Working Man's Blueprint and any other free content provided by AWG Fitness is available at no cost and therefore is not subject to any refund policy.

Coaching Programmes — Payment

Coaching programmes are available on a monthly rolling basis or as fixed-term packages. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing before your programme begins. By making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions and this refund policy.

Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your coaching agreement within 14 days of making your first payment, provided coaching services have not yet commenced. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at adam@awgfitness.com within the 14-day window.

If coaching has already commenced within the 14-day period at your request, your right to a full refund may be reduced pro-rata to reflect the services already delivered.

After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed and coaching has commenced, payments are non-refundable. This is because:

Cancellation of Monthly Rolling Programmes

If you are on a monthly rolling coaching programme, you may cancel at any time by giving 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. No further payments will be taken after cancellation is confirmed. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you experience exceptional circumstances — serious illness, bereavement, or other significant life events — please contact us directly. We will always do our best to find a fair solution, which may include pausing your programme rather than cancelling.

How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern

All refund requests or concerns should be directed to adam@awgfitness.com. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
