I've been with Adam now for 3 years at FTC Gym (which is also a brilliant gym) and have been thrilled with my progress. Plans are detailed and tailored to what you want and can always be adopted. If I say I fancy building legs more, plans get adapted) Since having Adam as my PT for 2 sessions a week he's helped me gain confidence about being in the gym. Now I actually come to the gym on my own as well as seeing him twice a week!! I was wayyyyyy to intimated to do that on my own before. What's also nice is when I am at the gym on my own, seeing Adam interact with his clients who are all at different stages of their 'gym journey' and they are all different sexes and shapes, all with their own agendas and this is very refreshing to see (another aspect which I see at the FTC Gym a lot. very impressive ethos here). Looking after your health is so important and my two hours a week with Adam have now developed into 4 or 5 hours a week for me and it's now a routine, just like cleaning my teeth. It sets me up for the day and I feel SO GOOD FOR IT.

I have been going to the gym on and off for a few years now and like many people i would lose interest when i didn't get the results i wanted.one day after a long day at work i went down the gym and bumped into adam and after a quick chat started to understand what i was doing wrong.I now workout with adam as much as i can and my gains are amazing after just 2 months i have lost body fat and gained muscle tone and my fitness is getting better all the time.Adam will not just explain what were doing he will actually do it with you.IF YOUR FED UP WITH GOING TO THE GYM AND NOT GETTING RESULTS THEN GIVE ADAM A CALL.i have definitely got the gym bug.thankyou adam and looking forward to our next workout mate .💪
